Whenever engaging in business within the communities where it operates, AENA safeguards human rights and creates mechanisms to guarantee their protection.

Protecting human rights is an essential part of its values and the minimum framework for action to ensure the legitimate conduct of business activity.

In addition to the commitments made at international and national level, Aena's Human Rights Policy is a commitment at the highest level in relation to labour practices, services, environment and community.

Applicable to the entire business group, the AENA Human Rights Policy establishes the action principles for the company on this topic and lays the foundations for their development, oversight, control and review.

Aena has mechanisms in place to address exposure to potential human rights abuses and provide solutions to mitigate and/or correct potential negative human rights impacts, such as the compliance system.
