What do we do?

With the aim of continuously improving the quality of the services provided, Aena has implemented Quality Management Systems at its airports and guarantees compliance with the requirements established in ISO 9001.

Lines of action

  • Annual questionnaire for the airlines operating at each airport including general questions on the different areas of activity at the airport to measure the quality levels perceived by the airlines, evaluating the results and their evolution and taking action to improve the quality of the services offered.
  • Collection of user feedback through the ASQ system (Airport Service Quality).
  • Range of the best services through an excellent experience: Aena Club, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, accessible website, official Aena App, service for people with reduced mobility, commercial services, security, etc.
  • Modern infrastructures that guarantee high standards of quality, safety and service.
