All passengers from a country or zone of risk (except for children under 6 years old), must have a PCR or TMA for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result, carried out in the seventy-two hous prior to arrival in Spain. Passengers may be asked for proof of the test result at any time. Consult the FAQ of Ministry of Health.

Passengers in transit will not be affected . Keep your boarding pass.

Commercial services

  • Bear in mind that that entry to the airport terminal is prohibited for anyone who is not going to travel. Only passengers with boarding pass and people accompanying a passenger that needs assistance (people with reduced mobility or unaccompanied minors) can access the terminal building. 
  • If you come to the airport in your car and use an Aena car park, you will be able to park your vehicle without having to leave it with a third-party provider or use public transport such as a minibus or shuttle.
  • There are information signs in the car park showing all the measures in place to ensure safe parking. These include contactless payment, keeping a safe distance and the availability of hand sanitiser at points such as payment machines, manual cashiers and lifts.
  • You will be able to access and exit the car park in a contactless manner because the barrier opens automatically if you have chosen payment by number plate or if you have a prepaid/postpaid reservation
  • We recommend you do not leave your car in spaces adjacent to vehicles already parked.
  • The capacity of the lifts has been reduced and markings have been placed on the floor to ensure a safe distance inside.
  • The distance between the automatic payment machines has been increased and the safety distances have been marked at the manual cashiers and automatic payment machines.
  • As a preventive measure, we recommend card/contactless payment.

Measures in the car parks

  • The capacity of the VIP lounges has been reduced and will be adjusted to comply with regulations..
  • You must wear a facemask while on the premises. You may ask for a pack containing hygiene and protection items at the entrance.
  • Automatic hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed..
  • As a preventive measure, cash payment is not available.Only  card/contactless payment is accepted.
  • The press will be in digital format and you may fill in the satisfaction survey by means of a QR Code.
  • Trays, napkin dispensers and tableware will be handed out on an individual basis.

  • Car wash and cleaning staff will not provide any services inside the vehicle while the customer is in it. Once the cleaning process has been completed, the personal protective equipment and materials used will be safely disposed of in the buckets fitted with lids provided for their storage and subsequent management.
  • If it is confirmed that a customer has been in contact with coronavirus, the vehicle will be isolated for 10 days. After this period, it will be cleaned more thoroughly by a specialist service.
