The company can request the family record book. We recommend that you contact your airline to confirm the documentation that you may need.

Children older than 14 years old should carry the same documentation as adults.

If the minor is travelling abroad

Spanish minors who travel outside the national territory, in addition to carrying the ordinary travel documents (passport or Spanish national identity document, where appropriate), will be subject to what the corresponding ministerial authorities have in order to justify their departure from national territory. You can check detailed information on the Ministery of the Interior. website.

In the case of foreign minors who are resident in Spain, their legal representatives or others, depending on the provisions of their respective national regulations, must go to their consular authorities to fill in the appropriate documentation in accordance with their national legislation.
