Alcohol

You may travel with:
  • Spirits.
  • Wine.
  • Fortified wine.
  • Beer.
What is the maximum amount*?
  • 10 litres (within EU).
  • 90 litres of wine, including a maximum of 60 litres of sparkling wines (within EU).
  • 20 litres (within EU).
  • 110 litres (within EU), 16 litres (outside EU and Canary Islands).

* From outside the EU you can bring a total of 1 litre of spirits over 22 % vol. or 1 litre of undenatured alcohol (ethyl alcohol) of 80% vol. (or over) or 2 litres of fortified or sparkling wine. Each of these amounts represents 100% of the total of this last allowance which you can split.

* These maximum amounts are permitted if the alcohol has been purchased in airport shops located after the security checkpoints or on board planes. In any other case, the regulations on liquids in hand luggage apply.

Tobacco

You may travel with:
  • Cigarettes.
  • Small cigars (weighing less than 3 g/unit).
  • Large cigars
  • Rolling tobacco or/and hookah.
What is the maximum amount?
  • 800 (within the EU), 200 (outside EU and Canary Islands).
  • 400 (within the EU), 100 (outside EU and Canary Islands).
  • 200 (within the EU), 50 (outside EU and Canary Islands).
  • 1 kg (within the EU), 250 g (outside EU and Canary Islands).

  • Within the EU, the mentioned values are rough guidelines. It is recommended to verify the specific quantities set by the customs authorities of the EU country you plan to visit.
  • If you are arriving from the Canary Islands, regulations and limits for a third-party country will apply.
