From your device, connect to the corresponding network and follow one of the steps shown on the screen to access the service:

• You can log in with an existing Aena Club account, created using your email and password or via social media (Apple, Facebook or Google).
• You can register as a new member of Aena Club, using both your email and a password, or through social media (Apple, Facebook or Google).
• Or join as a guest, just using your email.

Remember that you must accept the terms and conditions of the service to start browsing.

• You can connect as a guest, without registering, using your email.
• Or use an Aena Club account, which gives you a better speed and prevents you from having to re-enter your data at other airports.

Important: you have 60 minutes to verify your email, both when accessing as a guest and for new Aena Club registrations using your email and password. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder.

Perform these checks:

• Are you on the correct network (“AIRPORT FREE WIFI” or “VIP LOUNGE + room name”)?
• Have you completed the Aena Club membership registration and has your email been verified, in the case of access as a guest or a new registration using email and password.

Note: If you have registered or logged in through social media, you do not need to verify your email.

If you want to log in to Aena Club on a mobile device, you must complete the following steps:

• From the portal that appears when you connect, press the "Log in" or "Log in with social media" button.
• Follow the instructions. You must copy the link from the window that will appear.
• Exit the portal and, without using mobile data, paste the link into your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) to go there.
• On the next screen, enter your email and password, or use the button for your preferred social media platform to complete the registration or login to Aena Club.

If you cannot see the network:

• Update the available networks.
• Check that your Wi-Fi is turned on.

If the page does not open:

• Open your browser.
• Write: freewifi.aena.es.

If it still does not work:

• Turn your Wi-Fi off and on again.
• Forget the network and try connecting again.

You must connect each device through the portal and accept the terms and conditions on each one individually, even if you use the same Aena Club or guest account.

• You will get a faster connection if you log in with Aena Club or from a VIP lounge.

You can register for Aena Club with an active Apple, Facebook, or Google account. To do this, from the portal's main screen, click on the "Log in with social media" button.

Remember that if you log in with a mobile device, you must follow the instructions in the window that appears to complete the process from your usual browser, such as Chrome or Safari.

On the next screen, click on the button for your chosen social media platform to continue with the registration or login process at Aena Club. To complete the process, you must fulfil the requirements of each platform.
