The airport has opened Spain's first technological tourist office. This facility is a project by the Basque Government to help visitors arriving in the Basque Country. Users can interact with the system, built around four large vertical television screens, to obtain information on what they will find when they leave the terminal. Operating 24 hours a day, the two computer screens enable visitors to look for available hotels and offer information on how to reach Bilbao or other nearby cities, the weather and a variety of tourist options.

Virtual help desks

Digital screens, adapted for people with reduced mobility, located in different areas of the airport, allowing live interactive calls with airport information personnel, scanning of boarding passes to access detailed flight information, and access to information about facilities, passenger services, commercial services, and frequently asked questions. By scanning the QR codes provided by the device, passengers can also conveniently get all airport information through the Aena ChatBot WhatsApp channel.
