Passport control
When disembarking from the plane, follow the signs to pass through passport control (if necessary) and access the baggage reclaim hall and customs.
Once you have disembarked, if your flight is from a non-Schengen country, you will have to go through passport control.
The arrivals area is located on the ground floor of the terminal.

Baggage reclaim
After disembarking, follow the signs to the baggage reclaim hall assigned to your flight. Once you are in the baggage reclaim hall, if you checked in baggage at the airport of origin, check the screens for the carousel number assigned to your flight.
If your baggage is lost or damaged, go to the counter of your airline or handling agent.

Customs
If you are coming from a country that is not a member of the European Union, you will have to assess whether you need to declare goods that you are carrying in your luggage and go through the airport Customs control (phone: (+34) 954 449 131) located in the non-EU baggage reclaim hall.
Some examples of products that must be declared are: foodstuffs, high-value electronic equipment, quantities of more than 10,000 euros, etc. If in doubt, the best option is to ask at Customs control.
