We invite you to enjoy an exclusive service at our airports with a premium meet and greet and escort service upon departure, arrival or transit provided by our Meet & Assist staff.

*The Meet&Assist service does not include baggage transfers or preferential access to customs and immigration airport checks.

Acceso a Meet & Assist

Exclusive service for passengers with a valid transit pass. Must be purchased at least 72 hours in advance. Once purchased, the Meet & Assist agents will contact the customer by telephone to specify the details, meeting point, date and time of the service.

Users must arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time and identify themselves to the Meet & Assist staff, who will accompany and assist them the entire time, except during their time in the VIP lounge.

This service is limited, in general, to a maximum of three hours. In case of delays in flight departures, this period may be extended for the duration of the corresponding delay.
