In accordance with Article 529(t) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, approving the consolidated text of the Capital Company Act, on the duty to publicly announce related operations that reach or exceed the thresholds established in the above-mentioned provision, information is hereby made available below on the various related operations carried out by S.M.E., S.A. or the Aena Group with its related parties.
