Conducta Ética

The company maintains a firm commitment to the ethical values of integrity, legality and transparency that are laid down in its Code of Conduct, the purpose of which is to guide the conduct of all persons included within its scope of application, among themselves and in their relations with customers, partners, suppliers and, in general, with all those persons and entities, both public and private, with whom they interact during the course of their professional activity, thereby promoting effective compliance with the rules that apply to all of these activities under the principle of zero tolerance of any type of unlawful behaviour.

Similarly, the Internal Code of Conduct in the Securities Market establishes the rules for the management and control of privileged information, the transparent communication of relevant information, the performance of treasury stock transactions and the detection and treatment of conflicts of interest, imposing certain requirements, limitations and prohibitions on the persons affected.

Complaints Channel

In accordance with the commitments contained in its Code of Conduct, Aena has developed a compliance system aligned with the best practices in this area, in order for the organisation to adequately respect the obligations established and the commitments assumed – all based on a proactive culture of compliance risk management.

The Company provides its stakeholders with a confidential communication channel for receiving complaints and other communications of irregular conduct that may involve any act contrary to the law, to the policies and procedures of the company, or to the rules of conduct set out in the Aena Code of Conduct by one of its professionals or departments or referring to the company as a whole.
