Company Bylaws

The company's articles of association were passed on 14 October 2014 and registered in the Companies Register on 21 October 2014. The last modification to the text was approved by resolution of the General Shareholders’ Meeting held on 16 April 2026 and it was registered in the Companies Register on May 25, 2026. The latest amendment takes effect from 16 April 2026.
