Company Bylaws
The company is governed by its Bylaws, internal rules and procedures and by the following legislation, among others:
- Law 40/2015, of 1 October, on the Legal Framework for the Public Sector.
- Law 18/2014, of 15 October, approving urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency.
- Royal Decree Law 8/2014, of 4 July, approving urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency.
- Royal Decree Law 13/2010, of 3 December, including fiscal, labour and deregulation measures to foster investment and job creation.
- Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, approving the revised text for the Spanish Capital Company Act.
- Law 47/2003, of 26 November, General Budgetary Law.
- Law 33/2003, of 3 November, on Public Administration Assets, and all that ensues from its application.
- Law on Air Safety (under Title 6) as set forth in the current version adopting the State Operational Safety Programme and amending Law 21/2001 and other general applicable regulations.
The Company Bylaws were passed on 14 October 2014 and registered in the Companies Register on 21 October 2014. The last amendment was approved through agreement of the General Shareholders' Meeting 31 March 2022. The Deed amending the Company's Bylaws has been registered in the Mercantile Registry on 4 May 2022.
