Lost property

If you lost your personal belongings on board an aircraft, you should contact your airline.

To claim and/or collect forgotten belongings at the airport facilities:

The lost and found service is free so there is no shipping or packaging.

  1. Send an email to infosdr@aena.es with: date, approximate place of loss, description of the objects, including brand, model, color, size, breaks or stains, etc..., as well as your contact information. In the description of your belongings, be as precise as possible since the information provided must unequivocally identify the objects.
  2. Confirmation: in the event that your objects are delivered to this office, we will contact you, providing you with the registration number of the same, as well as information on the form and documentation necessary to collect it (either in person or by authorizing a third party).
  3. Collection: it is necessary to provide proof of the identity of the owner (ID or passport) and a written authorization in case the person who withdraws the object is not the owner. If you cannot go to the airport, we recommend you contact a courier service so that your object can be delivered to you. Once the documentation has been verified, the object can be delivered. The process can take some time, so you should arrive at the airport well in advance.
