Baggage reclaim

Once you leave the plane, please follow the signs to the baggage reclaim hall assigned to your flight. That hall contains a baggage reclaim carousel at the disposal of all the passengers who checked in baggage at their airport of origin.

For lost or damaged luggage, please go to your airline or handling agent's desk.
