DEPARTURES AREA

Check-in

The check-in desks are on the ground floor of the terminal.

Please arrive at the airport with enough time to allow for unforeseen delays. For flights to destinations within the Schengen area, we recommend arriving an hour and a half before the scheduled departure time. The passenger terminal opens its doors at 6:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. every day of the week.

With mobile online check-in, you can check in and receive your boarding pass on your mobile device by email, SMS or mobile applications. If you do not have to check in, you can go straight to the security checkpoint.

Most airlines allow passengers to check in online on their website prior to travelling to the airport. You will receive your boarding pass when checking in, allowing you to proceed directly to the security checkpoints if you are travelling with carry-on luggage only.

Remember to print all your travel documents (e-ticket, boarding pass, etc.). Please note that some airlines charge a fee to reissue boarding passes at the airport.

DEPARTURES AREA

Security checkpoint

All passengers must go through the security checkpoint to get to the boarding area. They must pass through a metal detector and their carry-on luggage and other objects (coats, jackets, mobile phones, keys) must pass through an X-ray machine. Accepted liquids and electronic equipment without a cover must be removed from the carry-on luggage. To ensure items and small articles in particular pass through the scan, passengers must place them in the special trays available.

DEPARTURES AREA

Passport Control

If the destination of your flight is a non-Schengen country, you must go through document control.

The basic travel document is a passport, although you can travel to some countries with a National ID card (DNI). Some countries also require a visa, vaccination certificate, passport valid for 6 months after the date of arrival, etc. Check with your airline.

DEPARTURES AREA

Boarding

The boarding gates are located on the ground floor:

Passengers can wait in the general lobby, where they will find a cafeteria, until their flight is announced.

At the boarding gate, you must show the airline personnel documentation to prove your identity. Please ask your airline about valid documentation to present to their personnel.
