Baggage reclaim

Once you are in the baggage reclaim hall, if you checked in luggage at the airport you left from, go to the baggage reclaim carousel assigned to your flight. The airport has two baggage reclaim carousels and one more for special baggage.

If your luggage is lost or damaged, please go to the desk of your airline.

Customs

The airport customs services is in the baggage reclaim hall.

If you are coming from a country that is not a member of the EU, you will need to decide whether you need to declare the items that you are carrying in your luggage and go through airport customs control: expensive electronic equipment and money over €10,000, etc. are some of the items that you need to declare. If in doubt, ask at Customs.
