Puerta de Alcalá VIP Lounge

The ticket purchase is valid for Puerta de Alcalá VIP lounge (Terminal T2, 1st floor, boarding area). Room reserved for passengers on domestic and Schengen flights. Purchase expiry date: six months from the date of purchase.

The maximum amount of scheduled time allowed in any of our VIP lounges is four (4) hours, immediately prior to the scheduled departure of the flight indicated on the boarding cards of users accessing the lounge. In case of delays in flight departures, this period may be extended for the duration of the corresponding delay.
