La Taberna de La Ancha

A tavern specialising in omelettes and beer, designed as a space for traditional cuisine where every customer is welcomed as if they were at home.
A project promoted by chef Nino Redruello and Familia La Ancha, located in Terminal 4 at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, where they also offer some of Armando’s most representative dishes, such as Escalopes Armando or the San Jacoba burger.
