Baggage reclaim

In the baggage reclaim hall, if you checked in luggage at your departure airport, look at the screens to see which baggage reclaim carousel has been assigned to your flight . The airport has three baggage reclaim carousels and one more for special baggage.

In the case of lost or damaged luggage please go to your airline or handling agent's desk in the airport.

Customs

The airport's customs service is located in the baggage reclaim hall.

If you are coming from a country outside the EU, you will have to assess whether you must declare the goods in your luggage and go through the airport's customs control: food, high-value electronic equipment, amounts greater than €10,000, etc. are some of the products you must declare. If in doubt, ask at Customs.
