On the two hour tour, the group is guided through the airport’s various areas, so it can understand the processes a passenger goes through, from arrival at the airport to boarding the plane: check-in, security and boarding, explained at every step by the airport’s staff.
Visitors also receive information about Aena's environmental commitments, based on the goal of making air transport as safe, efficient and sustainable as possible. A few minutes are also devoted to meteorological information, vital in any airport, and finally, the firefighters show off their fleet of vehicles.
