Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport terminal T2 car park is strategically located just a few metres away from terminal T2, as the spaces are laid out opposite terminals T2 A, T2 B and T2 C. The ideal option for stays of less than 4 days, and for picking up or dropping off passengers.

The car park office is located on floor 0 of building C.

VERY IMPORTANT: Customers with bookings DO NOT need to press the button for a ticket at the entrance. Tickets are automatically issued when vehicles stop in front of the barrier.

How it works

Before your trip

Check on the Aena website whether the car park where you want to park accepts vehicles with no prior booking (you can check in the car park information on the Aena website). Remember that if you are an Aena Club member, you will enjoy benefits and discounts.

Entering the car park

If you have not activated payment by number plate: collect the ticket issued automatically when your number plate is scanned at the entrance. You will not need to press any buttons.

If you have activated payment by number plate: the barrier will open automatically and no ticket will be issued.

In both cases, you may park in any of the free spaces.

Leaving the car park

If you have not activated payment by number plate: pay for your stay at the pay station and go to the exit. The barrier will open automatically without having to introduce the ticket.

Remember that if you are an Aena Club member, you may also pay via the official Aena app through the mobile payment service.

If you have activated payment by number plate: save time by avoiding going to the pay station and go straight to the exit. The barrier will open automatically and the amount of your stay will be charged. Please note that if your stay exceeds €100, for security reasons you'll have to go to the pay station to make the payment.

Before your trip

Book your stay through the app or the parking.aena.es website. If you are an Aena Club member or if you book through the Aena App, you will enjoy discounts on your bookings.

Make sure you introduce the dates and number plate correctly.

The number plate that appears on the booking and that of the vehicle you enter in must be the same in order for your booking to be valid.

Entering the car park

When arriving at the barrier of the booked car park: We will identify your plate number and link it to your booking.

If you have not activated payment by number plate: it is not necessary to press any buttons, the ticket will be issued automatically.

When you collect your ticket, make sure your booking localizer and number plate are printed on it.

If you have activated payment by number plate: the barrier will open automatically and no ticket will be issued.

Park your vehicle in any free space.

Leaving the car park

If you have not activated payment by number plate: pay for your stay at the pay station and go to the exit. The barrier will open automatically without having to introduce the ticket.

Remember that if you are an Aena Club member, you may also pay via the official Aena app through the mobile payment service.

If you have activated payment by number plate: go straight to the exit. The barrier will open automatically and the amount of your stay will be charged. Please note that if your stay exceeds €100, for security reasons you'll have to go to the pay station to make the payment.

You can request an invoice of your stay via the aena.parking.es website once your stay has ended.

Make your pre-paid booking (available at the following airports: Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, Alicante-Elche, Asturias, Bilbao, Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén, Ibiza, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat, Málaga-Costa del Sol, Palma de Mallorca, Santiago-Rosalía de Castro, Seve Ballesteros-Santander, Sevilla, Valencia), via the Aena app or www.parking.aena.es, and enjoy major discounts on your car park stay.

The number plate that appears on the booking and that of the vehicle you enter in must be the same in order for your booking to be valid.

You may request an invoice during the booking process or at any other time via the website.

If you have activated payment by number plate: go straight to the exit. If you have stayed longer than the booked stay time, you will be charged for the extra time based on the time you exit.

Please note that if your stay exceeds €100, for security reasons you'll have to go to the pay station to make the payment.

Before your trip

Register or log in to Aena Customer Club.

Create your account and add up to 3 number plate.

Register a bank card and link it to the number plates of your registered vehicles.

Remember that as a member of Aena Customer Club, you'll benefit from discounts on parking.

You can enjoy this service by booking in advance on www.parking.aena.es or the Aena App (Apple Store or Play Store), or by accessing the car park directly without booking in advance.

Service available at MAD, BCN, BIO, ALC, VLC.

Entering the car park

When you arrive at the car park, the system will recognise the number plate linked to your account and the barrier will open automatically, without issuing a ticket.

You'll get an email and a notification in the Aena App welcoming you to the car park.

Park your vehicle in any free space and enjoy your trip.

Leaving the car park

Go straight to the exit. Save time and avoid going to the pay station.

The exit barrier will lift automatically when your number plate is checked and you'll be charged for your stay.

Please note that if your stay exceeds €100, for security reasons you'll have to go to the pay station to make the payment.

You'll receive an email and a notification on the Aena App informing you of your departure and you'll receive another email with the receipt for your stay.

You will be able to request an invoice for your stay at www.clubcliente.aena.es, once your payment has been processed.

Before your trip

Download the official Aena App (Apple Store or Play Store), or update to the latest version.

Log in or register at Aena Club Cliente.

This service is valid for all stays, whether previously booked or not.

Entering the car park

When arriving at the car park, pick up the ticket we will issue at the entrance.

If you have booked in advance, the booking will be linked and the booking localizer and your number plate will be printed on the ticket.

Park your vehicle in any space of the reserved car park and enjoy your trip.

Leaving the car park

Press the "Parking booking and payment" button in the Aena App and select your number plate to proceed to payment (remember that you can enter up to 3 number plates on your profile). Remember that as a member of Aena Customer Club, you'll benefit from discounts on parking.

Follow the instructions and pay for your stay using the app. Save time and avoid going to the pay station.

Once your payment has been processed, you'll receive an email with your receipt.

Go to the exit to leave the car park.

You will be able to request an invoice for your stay at www.clubcliente.aena.es, once your payment has been processed.

Before your trip

This service is only available in the T1 and T2 general car park; T1 first class car park; and T1 and T2 express car park.

The discount for being a member of the Aena Club is only available for advance booking access.

Entering the car park

You should enter the car park using the lanes marked for ViaT payment. If you enter on a different lane, you cannot use this payment method.

When you arrive at the car park, the system will recognise your ViaT device and the barrier will open automatically, without issuing a ticket.

Leaving the car park

You should leave the car park using the lanes marked for ViaT payment. If you leave on a different lane, you cannot use this payment method.
