As the data controller, Aena S.M.E., S.A. will process your contact details (mobile phone and IP address) for the purpose of authenticating your identity when using our chat service, and we will retain the content of the conversation on the basis of our legitimate interest in guaranteeing airport security and the interests of Aena against any action which may be unlawful. The personal data will be retained for period or one month and may be transferred, where appropriate, to national law enforcement bodies. No international data transfers are envisaged. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by email to ocpd@aena.es, through our electronic services portal or by writing to C/Peonías, 12, 28042 (Madrid).
