DEPARTURES AREA

Check-in

The check-in desks are on the ground floor of the terminal.

Please arrive at the airport with enough time to allow for unforeseen delays. For flights to destinations within the Schengen area, we recommend arriving an hour and a half before the scheduled departure time. Between 11 October and 19 May, the terminal is open from 4.45 am to 12.15 am, and between 20 May and 10 October, from 4.45 am to 1.30 am.

With mobile online check-in, you can check in and receive your boarding pass on your mobile device via email, SMS or mobile applications. If you do not have to check in, you can go straight to the security checkpoint.

Most airlines allow passengers to check in online on their website prior to travelling to the airport. You will receive your boarding pass when checking in, allowing you to proceed directly to the security checkpoints if you are only travelling with carry-on luggage.

Remember to print all your travel documents (e-ticket, boarding pass, etc.). Please note that some airlines charge a fee to reissue boarding passes at the airport.

DEPARTURES AREA

Security checkpoint

Passengers accessing boarding areas must pass through a metal-detector arch at a security checkpoint and any hand luggage and other objects they are carrying (coats, jackets, mobile phones, keys) must go through an x-ray scanner.

Passengers will be asked for their boarding pass before they go through the security checkpoint.

To ensure items and small articles in particular pass through the scanner, passengers must place them in the special trays available.

DEPARTURES AREA

Passport Control

If the destination of your flight is a non-Schengen country, you must go through document control.

The basic travel document is a passport, although you can travel to some countries with a National ID card (DNI). Some countries also require a visa, vaccination certificate, passport valid for 6 months after the date of arrival, etc. Check with your airline.

DEPARTURES AREA

Boarding

The boarding gates are on the ground floor and the upper floor:

After going through the security checkpoint, look for your boarding gate on the airport screens. While you wait, there is a duty free shop and a cafeteria.

At the boarding gate, you must show the airline personnel documentation to prove your identity. Please ask your airline about valid documentation to present to their personnel.
