INFORMATION AND LOST PROPERTY

Lost property

If you have lost any personal belongings on board an aircraft, get in contact with the airline.

If you have lost any personal belongings at the airport, follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill in the attached form describing your belongings, flight dates, flight number, contact information, etc. and send it to vlc.objetoshallados@aena.es. Be as precise as possible. The information provided must be detailed enough to unequivocally identify your object. If possible, attach a photograph of the object.

  2. Confirmation. If the object is in our offices, we will contact you and provide you with a registration number that you must indicate to collect the object.

  3. Pick-up. The owner must provide proof of identity (national ID card or passport) and a written authorisation if the person who is picking up the object is not the owner.

The lost property service is free of charge and therefore items cannot be shipped. If you cannot come to the airport, we recommend that you contact a courier service that could deliver your object to you.

Schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
