Exploring the World by Juan Perdomo

"Exploring The World by Juan Perdomo" is the first establishment Perdomo has opened at an airport. A brewery with a local flavour, it has a large terrace overlooking the runway and the sea. The establishment offers emblematic regional dishes, such as papas arrugadas con mojo potatoes and the smash burger with fried Canarian cheese, as well as other typical local dishes including sweet potato chips or the smoked salmon and avocado baguette. A wide-ranging gastronomic proposal aimed at satisfying the demands of the Canary Island public, but also at introducing the best local gastronomy to the international traveller.
