El centro de carga aérea del aeropuerto se organiza a partir de un eje estructurante que separa las naves con oficinas en primera línea (las que cuentan con acceso directo a la rampa de estacionamiento de aeronaves) de las ubicadas en segunda línea, donde se ubican los operadores logísticos y agentes de carga.

En las naves logísticas de primera línea operan los agentes handling de almacén que prestan sus servicios a las compañías aéreas que operan en el aeropuerto en todo lo relacionado con el tratamiento físico y documental de las mercancías que van a ser transportadas por vía aérea. Asimismo, en esa zona se ubican las compañías courier y de transporte urgente que operan aeronaves en el aeropuerto.

En las naves logísticas de segunda línea operan todas aquellas empresas relacionadas con la logística del transporte de mercancías, cuya ubicación en el aeropuerto representa para ellas una ventaja competitiva. Así mismo, existen también los aparcamientos y edificios de oficinas necesarios para una eficiente operación.
