Located in the heart of the airport, the new Food Market offers a varied and balanced selection across four new food stations, which join the brand’s most iconic venues: La Barra Enrique Tomás, Express & Co. and Cervecería Victoria.

Stations to suit all tastes:

• Masakali Pizza: Artisan pizzas with a thin, crispy and tasty base, topped with ingredients such as pepperoni, four cheeses or chicken and vegetables. Designed to eat straight away or take away.
• Hamburdehesa: Inspired by the classic American burger & grill, this stall serves burgers made with juicy beef, brioche buns and unique combinations such as the ‘Smash’, its signature dish.
• Focattina – The Sandwich Bar: Freshly baked focaccia and gourmet fillings such as the ‘Venerable’ (truffled mortadella and pesto), ‘Fumicatta’ (cured ham and roasted vegetables) or ‘Me la Trufa’ (cooked ham and truffle cream).
