All operations have been moved to T4

As from 1 April the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport will move all operations to Terminal T4.

  • Check in. Terminal T4, departures. floor 2.
  • Arrivals. Baggage reclaim hall 10.
  • Commercial services. At Terminal T4 Paul and Enrique Tomás (both at the boarding area) remain open, as well as the vending machines. The pharmacies of T4 (check-in), T1 (arrivals) and T2 (check-in), the botiquin pharmacy of T4 (boarding) remain open and the tobbaconist's located outside T1 arrivals.
  • Car park. Module D and E of P4 and module B of P2 remain open. Modules AQ1, A2, A2P Y A4 remain open in freight zone.

The Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport has the greatest volume of passenger traffic in the Aena network and the fourth highest in the EU. In this ranking, Barcelona-El Prat airport comes in at fifth. A further five Spanish airports register traffic of over 10 million passenger: Palma de Mallorca, Málaga-Costa del Sol, Alicante-Elche, Gran Canaria and Tenerife Sur.
