All the operations are located at terminal T1 and Terminal T4

All the operations of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport are located at terminal T1 and Terminal T4.

Only passengers with boarding card and people accompanying passengers with reduced mobility or minors can access the departure and arrival terminals.

  • Check in. Terminal T4, departures. floor 2 and Terminal T1, departures, floor 1.
  • Arrivals. Terminal T4, floor 0, hall 10 and Terminal T1, floor 0, halls 1 and 2.
  • Commercial services. At Terminal T4, the restaurants Paul, Enrique Tomás, Café Pans and Deli&Cia (at the boarding area). The pharmacies and vending machines located at the check-in and the boarding areas, the central shop Duty Free, the food shop Enrique Tomás (at the boarding area) and the fashion stores Max Mara and Sunglass Hut at the boarding area. At Terminal T1, the restaurants Lavazza and Laplace and Madrid Duty Free and Parfois shops (at the boarding area); vending machines (at the check-in and boarding areas), and the pharmacy and  the tobbaconist's located at the public access area.
  • Car park. Modules D, E and F of P4 (T4), modules B and C of P2 (T2) and the P1 (T1) remain open. Modules A1, A2P, A2, A3 and A4. remain open in freight zone.

The Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez airport has the greatest volume of passenger traffic in the Aena network and the fourth highest in the EU. In this ranking, Barcelona-El Prat airport comes in at fifth. A further five Spanish airports register traffic of over 10 million passenger: Palma de Mallorca, Málaga-Costa del Sol, Alicante-Elche, Gran Canaria and Tenerife Sur.
