Operational changes
The Palma de Mallorca airport has carried out the following operational changes in order to meet the needs as a result of COVID-19 health emergency and the activity decline:
- Check-in. Check-in of all flights is carried out at the desks located at the counters in the northern half of the check-in floor (lines 1 to 6, counters 2-101). Check the airport information screens.
- Boarding. Boarding Modules B and C are operational. Modules A and D remain closed.
- Arrivals. Only one exit door remains open for arriving passengers (door C).
- Public transport. Public transport to/from the airport may be subject to alteration. Users are advised to check the EMT Palma and TIB official information.

The Palma de Mallorca airport, with over 26 million passengers, had the third highest passenger volume in the Aena network, after Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suárez and Barcelona- El Prat. Four other Spanish airports had traffic of over 10 million passengers: Málaga-Costa del Sol, Alicante-Elche, Gran Canaria and Tenerife Sur.
