Itineraries
Single Itinerary
Visits start at 10:30 and last 1.5-2 hours. The Passenger, User and Customer Service Expert on duty will act as a guide throughout the visit and will explain the functioning, structure and introduce the different interventions of the professionals who work at the airport.
The tour route will include airside (controlled access area) and landside (restricted terminal access area and public areas). This route can be modified and adapted to the operational, meteorological and security needs of the airport, as well as to the type of visitor.
The visit will follow the route for a departing and arriving passenger from the check-in point to boarding gate number 15, accessing the airside from here to re-enter the Terminal building through the Arrivals Hall (Bravo Gate by default), as long as operations and weather conditions allow.

For safety reasons, pupils will be accompanied by adults (teachers, tutors or monitors) during the whole route on the airside, and it is very important that the number of accompanying adults is in line with the number of pupils in order to keep them under control by groups at all times. Pedestrian areas (greenways, railings, pedestrian crossings, chain crossings) shall be used at all times.
When requested by the school, the Passenger, User and Customer Service Expert will be able to take photographs on the airside with their device,
exclusively in the area of stands 14/15. Visitors are not allowed to take photographs.
