When you fill in this form, your request for “assistance for persons with reduced mobility” will be registered. You are informed that AENA SME S.A., as the party responsible for the file, will process your data in order to manage the service you are requesting for assistance for persons with reduced mobility (processing based on a legal requirement (Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2006), as well as for conducting a satisfaction survey (processing based on legitimate interest in improving the service). The data will be kept for the time necessary for the above purposes, as well as the time necessary to comply with legal requirements, and no transfers (unless required by law) or international transfers of data are foreseen.
