An establishment located within Exploring The World From Bilbao, Yandiola is an innovative, creative concept carried out in partnership with Cervezas San Miguel, which brings together fusion cuisine and the emerging street food trend.

Yandiola focuses on authentic, local products as the basis for healthy, quality cuisine. This gastronomic proposal is supervised directly by Ricardo Pérez.

As starters, the prestigious chef offers appetising vegetable dishes, such as a Keia smoked salmon salad, prawns and watercress with vinaigrette, and battered mixed vegetables over Zalla red onion sauce. The main courses feature surprising meat and fish-based creations such as red wine stewed beef tacos and the cod platter with pil pil sauce and club ranero sauce. The cherry on top are the desserts, which include delicious creations such as crunchy Idiazábal cheese cake, quince and frozen walnut, and the red berries gratin with cream ice cream.
