Booking form 2025-2026 for Palma de Mallorca Airport

The visits are free of charge. If you cancel your visit once it has been approved, the centre will be penalised for one year without being able to carry out visits.

Maximum of (2) two visits per school. A form must be filled in for each visit. If the number of students per itinerary is exceeded, the visit will be refused.

Once the request has been received, a reply will be sent with confirmation of the date of the visit assigned to that centre, as well as further instructions on the rules of the visit and security documentation, if necessary.

Itinerary Tuesdays and Thursdays – Preschool

Tour of the Terminal - Arrivals Hall – Check-in – Access to Restricted Area – Boarding Module – Baggage Claim Hall – The approximate timetable for the visit is from 10:00 to 12:00.

Itinerary Tuesdays and Thursdays – Primary

Tour of the Terminal – Arrivals Hall – Check-in – Access to Restricted Area – Fire Brigade – Children's informative video about the Airport and the work of the Fire Brigade. – Fire extinguishing example and practice. The approximate timetable for the visit is from 10:00 to 13:00.

The bus hired by the school to take them to the airport cannot leave the airport until the end of the visit as it is this same bus that at a certain point in the itinerary (agreed on the day with the guide), picks up the group at a point at the airport and then takes the schoolchildren to the fire brigade facilities.

Itinerary Tuesdays and Thursdays – Secondary, Baccalaureate and Adults

Visit and Access to Restricted Area – Fire Brigade – Fire extinguishing example and practice. – Visit to Falconers – Tour of the Apron – The approximate time of the visit is from 11:00 to 13:00.

The bus hired by the centre to take them to the airport cannot leave the airport until the end of the visit as it is this same bus that at a certain point in the itinerary (agreed on the day with the guide), picks up the group at a point in the airport and takes them on a tour of the Airport Restricted Area via Bravo 1.

Itinerary Tuesday and Thursday – Students (VT, universities, academies...)

General airport presentation – Check-in – Departures – CGA (Airport Management Centre, on request*) – Power Plant (only technical specialities, on request) – SATE (Automated Baggage Handling System; on request) – Visit to airlines facilities (you must contact them personally in order to request and manage the visit) – Photo in Terminal. The approximate timetable for the visit is from 10:00 to 13:00.

*If a visit to CGA is requested, the maximum number of participants is 20 students and 3 companions).

Tour of the Terminal – Arrivals Hall – Check-in – Access to Restricted Area through the exclusive PRM filter – Boarding module – Explanation of PRM and Invisible Disability services – Photo in the Terminal – The approximate timetable for the visit is from 10:00 to 12:00.
