The visits are free of charge. If you cancel your visit once it has been approved, the centre will be penalised for one year without being able to carry out visits.

Maximum of (2) two visits per school. A form must be filled in for each visit. If the number of students per itinerary is exceeded, the visit will be refused.

Once the request has been received, a reply will be sent with confirmation of the date of the visit assigned to that centre, as well as further instructions on the rules of the visit and security documentation, if necessary.

Conditions of service:

• Visit cancellation policy: in case of cancellation of the visit once it has been approved, the centre will have a penalty of one year without being able to carry out visits.
• If the number of students per itinerary is exceeded, the visit will be refused.
• Students must be accompanied by their teachers; there will be one teacher for each group of 15 students.
• Students with special needs and whether additional measures are necessary for their care should be reported.
• Teachers will be responsible for the good behaviour and control of the students at all times.
• Students on the visit must be pupils of the authorised school and therefore be covered by school insurance. People from outside the authorised centre, whether they are pupils, teachers or monitors, are not allowed on the visit.
• The school will be responsible for transporting students from the school to the airport and vice versa.
• The airport reserves the right to suspend the visit if the conditions in which the visit takes place do not comply with the rules set out herein, or for reasons of force majeure.
