Arrivals
The arrivals area is on the ground floor of the terminal.
When you disembark from the plane, please follow the signs to Passport Control (if necessary) and to the baggage reclaim hall and Customs.
After disembarking, if your flight was from a country outside the Schengen area, you must go through Passport Control. You can find more information on the requirements for entry to Spain online at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation New Window.
Once you are in the baggage reclaim hall, if you checked in luggage at the airport you left from, go to the baggage reclaim carousel assigned to your flight. The airport has two baggage reclaim carousels.
In the case of lost or damaged luggage please go to your airline or handling agent's desk in the airport.
Airport Customs are located in the baggage reclaim hall.
If coming from a country outside the European Union, you must decide whether you are carrying goods which need to be declared, and go through airport Customs. Some examples of products which must be declared are food, high-value electronics, cash over 10,000 euros, etc. If in doubt, the best option is to ask at Customs.
In the general lobby there is a multi-shop, where you can buy food, newspapers or gifts, among other products.
If you would like something to eat or drink, the airport offers a bar-restaurant.
If you need cash, you can use the Servired cash machine in the arrivals hall.
Do you need to hire a car? Go to the car hire desks at the arrivals hall.
