Lost property

If you have lost any personal belongings on board an aircraft, please contact your airline.

To claim and/or collect lost property at the airport facilities:

 

The lost property service is free of charge and therefore items cannot be delivered or packaged.

  1. Send an email to tfs.objetosperdidos@aena.es including: date, approximate location where the items were lost, description of the items, including the brand, model, colour, size, any damage or marks, etc., as well as your contact details. When describing your belongings, be as precise as possible because the information you provide must unmistakably identify the items.
  2. Confirmation : if your items are delivered to this office, we will contact you by e-mail, providing you with the corresponding registration number and information on what you need to do, and what documentation you need to provide, in order to collect them (either in person or by authorising a third party).
  3. Collection: once your documentation has been verified, the item will be able to be handed over to you. This process can take some time, so we advise arriving at the airport well in advance.
  • Opening hours: 4.00 to 24.00 h.
