In this hall, if you checked in luggage at the airport you left from, look at the screens to see which baggage reclaim carousel has been assigned to your flight. The airport has two baggage reclaim halls, one for EU flights and one for non-EU.
If luggage is lost or damaged, please go to the desk of your airline or handling agent.
Airport Customs are located at baggage reclaim hall B, in arrivals level (telephone: 981 547 651 / 2).
If coming from a country outside the European Union, you must decide whether you are carrying goods which need to be declared, and go through airport Customs. Some examples of products which must be declared are food, high-value electronics, cash over 10,000 euros, etc. If in doubt, the best option is to ask at Customs.
If you would like to eat or drink something, the airport offers a cafeteria in the arrivals hall. Also, if you want to buy anything, there is a multi-shop in the public space of the departures floor.
