Introduction
Jerez Airport, located 8 kilometres northeast of the city in the municipality of Jerez de la Frontera, constitutes one of the cornerstones of tourism development in the province of Cadiz.
From 1993, the airport has seen a significant increase in its international traffic, for the most part charter. The main origin / destination countries, apart from Spain, are Germany and the United Kingdom.
In 2020, Jerez airport handled 216,319 passengers, 37,024 flight operations and 0.1 tonnes of cargo.
