What you need to know before travelling

REMEMBER:

– The use of a mask is compulsory.

– The entry to the airport terminal is prohibited for anyone who is not traveling. Only passengers and people accompanying a passenger that needs assistance can access the terminal building.

– Passengers coming from third countries must bring to the airport the FCS health control form (download here that can be done before the trip from the website of the Ministry for Health spth.gob.es or in the mobile application.

-As of 23 November, all passengers from a country or zone of risk, must have a PCR for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result, carried out in the seventy-two hous prior to arrival in Spain. Frequenly asked questions

- Before you come to the airport, check the health control requirements and entry documents for the country you are travelling to.

The arrivals area is on the ground floor of the terminal.

When you disembark from the plane, please follow the signs to the baggage reclaim hall.

Baggage reclaim

After leaving the plane, please follow the signs to the baggage reclaim hall. In this hall, if you checked in luggage at the airport you left from, go to the baggage reclaim carousel.

If luggage is lost or damaged, please go to the desk of your airline or handling agent.
