The arrivals area is on the ground floor of the terminal.
When you disembark from the plane, please follow the signs to Passport Control (if necessary) and to the baggage reclaim hall and Customs.
After leaving the plane, please follow the signs to the baggage reclaim hall. In this hall, if you checked in luggage at the airport you left from, look at the screens to see which baggage reclaim carousel has been assigned to your flight. The airport has four baggage reclaim carousels.
If luggage is lost or damaged, please go to the desk of your airline or handling agent.
After disembarking, if your flight was from a country outside the Schengen area, you must go through Passport Control. You can find more information on the requirements for entry to Spain online at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation New Window.
Airport customs is located in the baggagge reclaim hall (telephone: 985 127 549).
If coming from a country outside the European Union, you must decide whether you are carrying goods which need to be declared, and go through airport Customs. Some examples of products which must be declared are food, high-value electronics, cash over 10,000 euros, etc. If in doubt, the best option is to ask at Customs.
Do you need to hire a car? Go to the car hire desks in the arrivals lobby.
If you need to take out money, there are cash machines at the terminal building.
If you need to do some shopping or pick up a gift or if you would like something to drink or a bite to eat, the airport offers a cafeteria at the arrivals area and a cafeteria and a multi-shoop at departures area.
