If you have lost any personal objects on board, you should contact the airline.

If you have lost any personal objects at the airport, please follow the next instructions:

  1. Fill in the attached form describing your belongings, dates, flight number, contact information, etc. and send cia mail to alc.objetosperdidos@aena.es. You should be as precise as possible. The information provided must be detailed enough to unequivocally identify your object. If possible, please attach a picture of the item.

  2. Confirmation. In case of your objects are found, we will contact you and provide a registration number which you should deliver.
  3. Pick-up. The owner must provide proof of identity (national ID card or passport) and a written authorisation if the person who is picking up the object is not the owner.

Found property service is free of charge and therefore items cannot be shipped. If you are not able to come to the airport, we recommend you to contact a courier service that could deliver your object to you.

Found property office is located in Arrivals area, floor 0.

  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday (except public holidays), from 8:30 to 14:00.
