Adventia is a company consisting of various members (Fundación NIDO, Senasa, Iberia, Air Europa, Spanair and the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Salamanca) which trains the pilots who will join the most important Airlines in the near future: airline transport pilots, private pilots, cabin crew, etc.
It has the following fleet of aircraft: Aerospatiale Tobago TB-10, Beechcraft Bonanza F-33, Beechcraft Barón B-55, Beechcraft King Air C-90 and simulators Frasca 101-G, Frasca 142, Frasca 242, Frasca Truflite, CabinaC-90, Cessna Citation III/VII and Boeing 757.
It teaches the course on “Specialist in Civil Aviation – Airline Transport Pilot” together with the University of Salamanca, endorsed by the Official Association of Civil Aviation Pilots (COPAC).
Inaer Amphibious Aircraft
Inaer operates a fleet of seven CANADAIR CL-215 seaplanes, five of which belong to the Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs and two owned by Inaer. It also has three Air Tractor AT 802 aircraft for deployment in fire fighting, observation and patrolling tasks in any part of the world.
The company has auxiliary workshops equipped for level 0/H maintenance work and repairing aeronautical components, including non-destructive test inspections. The workshops hold a JAR DGAC E-86 license and ISO 9002 and ISO 14000 certifications.
Senasa (Services and Studies for Air Navegation and Aeronautical Safety S.A.) has an aeronautical maintenance centre at Salamanca airport with a JAR 145 certificate of approval (Reference DGAC-E-074).
The Senansa maintenance centre in Salamanca (CEMASS) has hangar facilities covering 3,600 square metres, in which maintenance work is carried out on general aviation aircraft (mainly Socata and Beechcraft).
CEMASS also has an avionics laboratory where modifications are made to aircraft avionics and where a wide range of components installed in this type of aircraft are calibrated and repaired, as well as a laboratory for destructive testing, stocked with the equipment required to carry out non-destructive tests using penetrating liquids, magnetic particles and induced currents.
