Reus Airport offers guided tours to introduce primary and secondary school students to the world of aviation and familiarise them with air transport. Visits take place during term time, and last about an hour and a half. During this time, students visit the Real Aeroclub de Reus Costa Daurada to see the light aircraft up close, and visit the departures terminal of the airport where they follow the route of passengers preparing to fly. They also visit the falconry service, where the functions of the falcons and their relevance to air safety are explained. Another stop is the fire department, on the aircraft apron, where they see a demonstration of fire fighting.
