Meeting points

There will be appropriately signposted Meeting Points in Aena airports, as well as in all European airports, both inside and outside the terminals (vehicle parking, arrivals forecourt, check-in area), where people with disabilities or reduced mobility may inform on their arrival at the airport and request assistance.

To ensure you obtain suitable and quality assistance, upon arrival at the airport you should take into account the following:

  • If you requested assistance through the channels provided by Aena, as well as notifying the airline when making your booking, you must be at the Meeting Point agreed with Aena at the time arranged in your request or the time required by the airline (when the airline requires you to be there earlier than the time arranged in your request for assistance from Aena) and inform on your arrival.
  • If you only requested assistance through the airline, you should go to the closest Meeting Point sufficiently in advance and inform on your arrival. If no specific time was arranged, you should arrive at least two hours before your flight's scheduled departure time.

A member of the assistance service staff will come and meet you and will assist you from the Meeting Point until you are seated in the aircraft.

When you arrive at your destination, you will be accompanied to the Meeting Point of your choice.
