Traditional culinary products from the Balearic Islands. The star product is the ensaimada, a pastry which is baked in the ovens of Santo Cristo de Palma. Typical cakes and pastries from Ibiza (Flaó, magdalenas payesas and orelletas) and Menorca (amargos and carquinyols). Also available are olive oils, wines, sausages, cheeses, salts, conserves, dried fruit and nuts, pâtés, etc.
