Kirei by Kabuki
The first Japanese restaurant to open in a Spanish airport. Japan and the Mediterranean, united by gastronomy. With show cooking by the sushi chefs while they prepare the dishes to order. The kitchen is supervised by the chef Ricardo Sanz of the Kabuki Group, which currently has five restaurants, three of them with a Michelin star. Kabuki serves the typical Japanese specialities of a sushi bar, with classic recipes for nigiris, sashimis and makis, soups and vegetables. There is a takeaway service for passengers who are pressed for time and want to eat on the plane.
