Quality commitment with our client

We work in line with the following quality commitments:

  • To have the appropriate and updated documentary and technical resources to provide access to services.
  • To facilitate contact with experts in different subject matters.
  • To select, acquire and catalogue specialist documentation regarding airports and air navigation.
  • To maintain appropriate reading and enquiry facilities at the centre.
  • To send the information requested within a maximum period of three days, when it is available in the centre's collections.
  • To update, maintain and publish the bibliographic databases so they may be accessed via the internet.
  • To select, catalogue and generate a monthly review in Spanish of the most interesting articles from the publications received.
  • To carry out periodic checks on the quality levels of the products and services provided by the centre.
