Maurici Lucena Betriu


He has a degree in Economic and Business Science (specialising in Economics) from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), Barcelona, and a Master in Economics and Finance from the Banco de España Centre for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI).

Before joining Aena he held various executive positions in the public and private sector.

He began his professional career as an economic analysis consultant at Solchaga, Recio & Asociados, where he worked from September 1999 to May 2004.

In the public business sector, he was General Manager for the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) from July 2004 to May 2010, and CEO for Ingeniería de Sistemas para la Defensa de España (ISDEFE) from May 2010 to February 2012.

He was Chairman of the European Space Agency Board (ESA) from July 2008 to June 2010.

In the private sector, his roles include Banco Sabadell Director of Equity and Prudential Management from June 2016 to October 2017, and Director of Prudential Regulation and Public Policy from November 2017 to July 2018.

Furthermore, he was a member of parliament and spokesman for the Socialist Parliamentary Group in the Government of Catalonia from December 2012 to October 2015.

In academia, he was an associate professor in the Department of Economics at Carlos III University in Madrid.

He has been Chairman and CEO of the Board of Directors of Aena SME, S.A. since 16 July 2018.

José Manuel Fernández Bosch


He holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE.

Before joining Aena, he was a partner in the Madrid office of The Boston Consulting Group, where he was in charge of Media Technology and Telecommunications for Spain and Portugal. Before joining BCG in 2000, he worked at Airtel (now Vodafone España) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

From February 2012 to May 2017, he served as director of Commercial Services and Property Management for Aena S.A.

He has been the managing director of Deregulated Business at Aena SME, S.A. since June 2017, and CEO of Aena Desarrollo Internacional SME, S.A., since August 2017.

Javier Marín San Andrés


A licensed Senior Aeronautical Engineer from the Technical University of Madrid, he also completed a degree in Economic and Financial Management at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and attended IESE's Senior Management Programme (PADE).

He has held a range of management positions since joining Aena in 1991. From 2004 to 2011, he served as director of Spanish Airports and from June 2011 to June 2014, he served as managing director of Aena Aeropuertos S.A. He was named managing director of Aena S.A. in July of 2014. Additionally, he has served as General Manager of Air Navigation, Director of Corporate Development, and General Manager of Aena International, the subsidiary that handles the company's management interests in aeronautical infrastructures outside Spain, of which he is currently Director.

Prior to joining Aena, he worked for the Technical University of Madrid, the Spanish Civil Aviation Authorities, the Paris-based Eurocontrol Experimental Centre and the business group Indra.

He has been managing director of Regulated Business at Aena SME, S.A. since June 2017.

José Leo Vizcaíno


With a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

He has been the CFO of Aena SME, S.A. since July 2015.

From September 2006 to June 2015 he was CFO of BAA Group, currently Heathrow Airport Holdings, and a member of its Board of Directors. From 2003 to 2006 he was CFO of AMEY plc, a British transportation infrastructure maintenance and facility management company.

Previously, he was General Manager of Ferrovial Telecomunicaciones (1991-2003); CFO and Director of Business Development at AGROMAN (1995-1999); a Consultant, Auditor and Construction and Infrastructure Manager at Arthur Andersen (1983-1995); and an Analyst at the Institute of Economics (1982-1983).

He has been a Main Committee member of the 100 Group of Finance Directors, which includes the CFOs and Finance Directors of companies in the FTSE100 and other major corporations in the United Kingdom.

Almudena Salvadores García


She holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a postgraduate degree from the General Management Programme (PDG) at IESE.

Since she joined the company in 1989, she has held various positions in Legal Counsel, including Assistant Director of Legal Counsel and Asset Management and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

She was the Assistant Manager of the President’s Office from July 2014 to June 2016.

Author of the publication Basic Airport Legislation.

She is currently a member of the board of Aena Desarrollo Internacional, S.A. Unipersonal since July 2014 and Secretary of AECFA (Spanish Association for Slots Coordination and Schedules Facilitation), since December 2015.

She has been the Director of the President's Office of Aena SME, S.A. since June 2016.

Rafael Fernández Villasante


He graduated in Higher Aeronautical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has studied the General Management Programme (PDG) at the IESE Business School.

Before joining Aena, he worked as a consultant for Andersen Consulting (Accenture).

He joined Aena in 1997 and has since held various positions of responsibility both at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and within the company’s central services.

He has been the Operations, Safety and Services Director of Aena since February 2012.

Kellys Andreína Rodríguez Rodríguez


Economist Magna Cum Laude with a Master’s Degree in Law, Economics and Public Policies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She specialises in Effective Partnerships for Development. With 12 years of experience and international training, she has worked extensively on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) for the sustainable development of infrastructures and the design of innovative financing strategies, with a particular focus on Ibero-America.

Among other consultancy positions, she has worked as an economic-financial and risk advisor on PPPs at the Concessions Coordination Department of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) of the Government of Chile, where she was involved in the re-tendering of Arturo Merino Benítez airport, among other projects.

She was also responsible for the design and promotion of investment opportunities, the management of strategic partnerships and the recruitment of new international investors together with the Concessions Cabinet of Chile and the Overseas Investment Committee of Chile (CIEChile).

Furthermore, she has experience in the Community Sector and works as a partnerships manager with the private sector at the CODESPA Foundation, which is focused on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the UN with participation from companies.

Among other recognitions for merit and positions of leadership, she currently acts as Vice-President of the Ibero-American Network of Young Leaders (REDIJL).

Antonio García-Mon Marañés


He graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, and holds a special degree in European Law awarded by the Université libre de Bruxelles (Institute for European Studies). He has also taken the Management Development Programme at IESE.

He has a strong and extensive background in the legal field. Between 2013 and 2017 he was general secretary and secretary of the Board of Directors of PRISA, and director of the Corporate Legal Department.

His previous positions include his role as director of the Legal Department at Sogecable from 2009, and in 2010 he also took on the position of General Secretary and Secretary of the Board. In 2000 he joined Grupo PRISA as a lawyer to the General Secretariat.

His other roles include deputy director of the Correos Legal Department (1999), founding member of G&J Abogados (1995-1998) and lawyer at Garrigues (1992-1999).

Since 2018 he has held the position of director the Legal Department and Asset Management and deputy secretary of the Board of Directors at Aena SME, S.A.
