Jaime García-Legaz Ponce


PhD in Economics from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF. He has been a State Economist and Trade Specialist since 1994.

He is the chairman and executive director of Aena SME, S.A. since the 16 October 2017.

Since November 2016 until his appointment as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aena and executive director, he has been Chief Executive of CESCE, after presiding over the Board of Directors of this company since February 2016.

He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INFORMA D&B and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Council of Credit Insurers (CIAC) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CESCE Servicios Corporativos.

He was previously a member of the Boards of Directors of INECO S.A. and Retevisión S.A.

During his professional career, which he started in 1989, he has been Secretary of State for Commerce of the Spanish government, Chairman of ICEX, Chairman of Invest in Spain and Chairman of the CECO Foundation. He has also held leadership positions in different Ministries. He has also been a consultant to the World Bank, the EU and the OECD and a lecturer at the Instituto de Empresa and CUNEF.

Javier Marín San Andrés


He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, he also completed a diploma in Economic and Financial Management at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and attended the Senior Management Programme (PADE) at IESE.

He is currently a member of European Board of ACI (Airport Council International) as well as the Madrid Territorial Council of IESE.

He has held a number of management positions since joining Aena in 1991. From 2004 to 2011, he served as Director of Spanish Airports. From June 2011 to June 2014 he worked as Managing Director of Aena Aeropuertos SA. He was named Managing Director of Aena SA in July 2014. He was also General Manager of Air Navigation, Director of Corporate Development, and General Manager of Aena International, the subsidiary that handles the company's management interests in aeronautical infrastructures outside Spain, of which he is still a Board Member.

He was also Vice-Chairman of the Board of Centros Logísticos Aeroportuarios SA (CLASA) and a Member of the Board of Ingeniería y Economía del Transporte SA (INECO), of the Mexican companies Aeropuertos Mexicanos del Pacífico SA de CV (AMP) and Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico SA de CV (GAP) and of the Colombian companies Aeropuertos del Caribe SA (ACSA), Sociedad Aeroportuaria de la Costa SA (SACSA) and Aerocali SA. He has also been a member of the ACI World Governing Board.

Prior to joining Aena, he worked for the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, the Spanish Civil Aviation Authorities, the Paris-based Eurocontrol Experimental Centre and Indra.

Javier Marín has been Managing Director of Regulated Business at Aena SME SA since June 2017.

José Manuel Fernández Bosch


He holds a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE.

Before joining Aena, he was a partner in the Madrid office of The Boston Consulting Group, where he was in charge of Media Technology and Telecommunications for Spain and Portugal. Before joining BCG in 2000, he worked at Airtel (now Vodafone España) and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

From February 2012 to May 2017, he served as director of Commercial Services and Property Management for Aena S.A.

He has been the managing director of Deregulated Business at Aena SME, S.A. since June 2017.

Juan Carlos Alfonso Rubio


He holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid, specialises in Regulatory Law, and is a State attorney. He studied the IESE Hot Top Programme and the ICEX-CECO International Management Programme.

Before joining Aena, he worked in different positions in both the public and private sectors: he has performed a variety of roles such as State attorney, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Director of the Post Office Legal Council, partner in charge of Telecommunications and Public Law at KPMG Abogados, Legal Department Director at Sogecable, Director of Coordination at the Spanish State Lottery Company, Deputy General Director of Gambling Regulation at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, General Secretary of the Board of Directors at ICEX España Exportación e Inversión, and most recently, General Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors at CESCE.

He is Corporate General Secretary at Aena SME, S.A. since 9 January 2018, and Secretary of the Board of Directors, since 15 January 2018.

Almudena Salvadores García


She holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a postgraduate degree from the General Management Programme (PDG) at IESE.

Since she joined the company in 1989, she has held various positions in Legal Counsel, including Assistant Director of Legal Counsel and Asset Management and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

She was the Assistant Manager of the President’s Office from July 2014 to June 2016.

She has been the Director of the President's Office of Aena SME, S.A. since June 2016.

Roberto Ángel Ramírez García


He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and a chartered accountant.

Prior to joining us, he spent the bulk of his career at PwC. Having started working for the company in 1998, in 2010 he moved to the Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services Department. In this period he acquired extensive experience in auditing, internal control and financial reporting.

From november 2013, he is the Director of Internal Audits of Aena SME, S.A.

Matilde García Duarte


She has a degree in Law, majoring in Corporate Law, from the Complutense University of Madrid, and has completed various graduate programmes including the Executive Management Programme at the Instituto de Empresa.

In 2001 she became part of the State Lawyers Guild. She was a State lawyer for Administrative Litigation of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid from 2003 to 2006; Head State lawyer at the Ministry of Education, Social Policy and Sport from 2007 to 2009; General Director of Sport Infrastructure of the Higher Sport Council (CSD) from 2009 to 2011; and General Director of Sport of the CSD from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, she was the General Technical Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure and Housing of the Region of Madrid.

Since April 2015, she has served as the Director of Legal Council and Asset Management. From April 2015 to January 2018, she served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Aena SME, S.A. From 15 January 2018, she is the Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Begoña Gosálvez Mayordomo


She has a degree in Law from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and in 2005 she completed IESE's Management Development Programme (PDD).

She has extensive experience spanning over twenty years in the field of Human Resources, having performed a variety of roles in this area.

She was Assistant Director of Organisation and Human Resources from 2004 to 2005, and the Director of Organisation and Human Resources of Aena SME, S.A. from September 2005.

Félix Madero Villarejo


He has a degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He has held various managerial positions in media outlets, including News Director of Cadena SER in Castile-La Mancha; Regional Manager of Radio Cadena Española and RNE; and Deputy News Director of Cadena Cope and Onda Cero.

He was a member of the CNN+ and Canal+ team, working as a news editor and a presenter. He has led various national news programmes and worked in the General Directorate of the Servimedia news agency.

In September 2014 he was appointed Director of Communications for ENAIRE.

He has been Director of Communications and Institutional Relations for Aena SME, S.A. since May 2015.

Óscar Arizcuren Pola


He holds a degree in Law from the Public University of Navarre, and qualified as an Expert in Aviation Law at UNED.

He has extensive experience in the public sector and within the field of politics. He has performed a number of roles and assumed responsibilities within operations at Aena, at Pamplona and Lanzarote airports (from 2000 to 2013).

He has also held public office (deputy mayor and mayor) with the Noain-Valle de Elorz (Navarre) Council; he was a director at the public companies ANIMSA and Gestión Ambiental Navarra, S.A., and has, since 2015, been a parliamentarian and Second Secretary of the Bureau of the Parliament of Navarre.

He is Director of Public Policy and European Relations at Aena SME, S.A., from 1 January 2018.

José Leo Vizcaíno


With a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Madrid.

He has been the CFO of Aena SME, S.A. since July 2015.

From September 2006 to June 2015 he was CFO of BAA Group, currently Heathrow Airport Holdings, and a member of its Board of Directors. From 2003 to 2006 he was CFO of AMEY plc, a British transportation infrastructure maintenance and facility management company.

Previously, he was General Manager of Ferrovial Telecomunicaciones (1991-2003); CFO and Director of Business Development at AGROMAN (1995-1999); a Consultant, Auditor and Construction and Infrastructure Manager at Arthur Andersen (1983-1995); and an Analyst at the Institute of Economics (1982-1983).

He has been a Main Committee member of the 100 Group of Finance Directors, which includes the CFOs and Finance Directors of companies in the FTSE100 and other major corporations in the United Kingdom.
